Yes, that is what happened to me, sounds like you've got the same problem (although there are other possible causes on this forum). I got the part from the Citroen dealers in Telford (Budgen Motors) - cost £25. They looked it up and found that there are 3 different versions of the switch so they recommended getting the old one off first.
Yes i fix it the mechanisam.In the inside of the machanisam there is plastic rack gear where the gear of the electric motor is spining on the top of it.It was broken on the one of the side of the rack.When the electric motor is spining is widing the rack and it is making the buzz sound.I find a solution.
